Overview of The New Math of Sales Excellence

The New Math of Sales Excellence is a sales acceleration methodology created by Cargill Consulting Group, Inc.. Gil Cargill has spent the last thirty-eight years working with over 5,000 business-to-business sales forces.

During the course of this work, Gil noticed that some salespeople responded very well to traditional sales skills training. However, others who were in the same class showed no improvement in their sales production. Based on this, Gil’s curiosity got the better of him, and he started to investigate what causes some salespeople to accelerate at the end of a sales skills training session and others behave as if nothing had occurred.
